PhotographySchool.NL was started in 2011 by two photographers, Michiel Fokkema and Heather Tucker.
As members of the only English speaking photo club in the Netherlands, they quickly realized that while there were many photography courses in Dutch available in the country, English photography courses were all but non-existent.
With this gap in mind they set out to create engaging and easy to understand course materials, interactive content and a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere – and that’s how PhotographySchool.NL was born.
